Ordering Process:

• Begin by contacting us with your request, be sure to included the following:

-Your story

-Number of guests

-Type of occasion

-Place of event

-Personal perferences (colour, favourite animal, flower, greetings)

-Food allergy

-Photos, pinterest (if any)

We would like to meet everyone in person to fully illustrate their story if time allows! But for those who are tight on time you may contact us by phone, email, whatsapp, and skype. We need a "subject" to begin our creation, tell us as much as you possible!

• Once we receive you request, we will respond with initial design/ideas and a rough estimate. 

• If you agree to go ahead, we will provide a sketch of cake design for your review

• Then we finalize the design and details. At this point, we require full payment as confirmation. 

• Once we have your confirmation, we will take care of the rest!
