Fondant cakes are kept at room temperature.  The cake is good for 5 days in the fridge or 2 days in room temperature.  During hot or humid days, we strongly suggest to leave the air condition on.  Do not put fondant cakes in the fridge before cutting, if this accidentally happens, make sure you leave the cake in the box for 30 minutes before opening the box.

Mousse cakes & buttercream cakes must be stored in the fridge, take out and rest for 30 minutes before consuming for best enjoyment!
